Download the applicationSelect the download button and allow the file to finish downloading.
Open RustDeskOpen rustdesk-1.4.9-x86_64.exe. If Windows asks for permission, confirm only while coordinating with LunaSupport.
Call LunaSupportCall us and share the ID shown in RustDesk with your LunaSupport technician.
Approve the sessionAccept the connection request only after verifying you are speaking with LunaSupport.
